Rude landlord harassing landlord

None it’s horrible the price is okay for 2 bedroom but not worth the rude people who own the house
Cons
No heat in the room they curse and disrespect you for working out in your apartment space They don’t want you to play music on tv and they above you They racist They don’t make you feel like you are at home and tell you to leave in and go home in the middle of your lease to keep a fake real estate fee from there friend that they split with who does not have a real estate license They don’t give your deposit fee back if they think you have money No heat in room they tape room door ! Feel like you are outside in winter! They talk about people they live with they will make lies on your character to people they know in house and neighborhood Very stressful environment not peaceful You can hear coughing through walls and it’s Covid-19!!!! They travel out to Dominican Republic!! Not safe Not clean !!!!!
Advice to the owners
Be kind to people don’t curse at people because you only choose young women to live in apartment and don’t constantly knock on people door anytime of the night and constantly call your tenants and complain about everything! Make people comfortable and don’t threaten people who pay you rent and bring down lease every time you hear a noise and don’t have your wife curse at tenants
