Close to central park Close to subway Close to Trader Joe's and Keyfood Friendly Neighbors Excelent Management Apartments are big Our apartment had a skylight
Cons
On top of restaurants, you can feel the smell The trash room is on second floor, can easily get out of control No laundromats on the block (but a wash and fold) Some homeless people might on the street The street can get noisy
Advice to the owners
A better system for the trash should be figured out
