old building, water pipe leakage a-lot, superintendent sucks, noisiest building,

Pros:
can’t think of any.
Cons:
loud music, smoking within the building, not clean, door bells don't work, superintendents don't care, not really handy superintendents, they make it worse of a situation, no manners, always water pipe leakage, they come and break your walls sometimes twice a month,
Advice to owner:
take care of your shit.
