Noisy Building I Would Avoid
Pros
The location is great, management is fairly responsive
Cons
It is the most insanely noisy building ever if you face the orchard st side, mr purple and all the bars downstairs will keep you up all night, there were multiple times were people were lighting fireworks that almost shot into my window, the other side might be okay but not sure

In the midst of everything
Pros
Location is perfect and close to many subway lines, neighbors are friendly, laundry machines work well, maintenance is prompt
Cons
It’s noisy and you need to sleep with earplugs
