Liveable but not ideal

Pros

Convenient location Fair prices Maintenance is pretty speedy and friendly

Cons

Trash room and hallways are pretty dirty Loud street noise Super did not respond to messages about cockroaches

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Kind of falling apart

Pros

Location is great for the weekends Not super loud at any time of the day

Cons

So many issues: the ceiling in my bedroom crumbles onto my stuff all the time. They’ve fixed it twice and it just keeps happening Our radiators in the winter make the loudest sound and it kept my roommate awake Far from all subway lines. The best option is the bus Recently our hot water has not been working. They say they fixed it but i have not noticed a difference
