Not bad apt
Pros
Great location, close to 7th Ave train and lots of great shops, resta, etc.
Cons
Like pulling teeth to get owner to fix things to maintain apt.
Advice to the owners
Don't store renovation garbage in front of the building.

Pros
Responsive manager, quiet tenants, issues addressed promptly and with immediacy, landlord is the owner and keeps the building in good repair.
Cons
Noise can travel easily since the building is small.
