Pros:
Its modern , there’s an hvac system instead of a boiler system so electricity in the summer isn’t so much money. There is a cleaner who comes by i think one time every 3 months and cleans the inside of the hallways. fairly clean and pretty modern.
Cons:
There’s so many things where do i begin, the hot water is a scolding 200 degrees easily, and there’s roaches every now and again. There’s a faulty dishwasher that idk why they haven’t replaced. sometimes above the shower ceiling there’s water that drops from the top. If you are looking for some peace and serenity after a long hard days work do not live here. people blast their music 24/7 in the summer/fall and neighbors have no respect for others. truly a shit neighborhood as far as respectful and quiet… we use to have laundry in the basement but then the flood killed then both and the landlord doesn’t want to fix them.
Advice to owner:
insulate the damn walls better. replace things and fix things when the problems arise.

Pros:
Really nice super who will fix things quickly and efficiently. Garbage is regularly managed and hallways are cleaned once a week. Really large apartments and great sun exposure throughout the day.
Cons:
Horrible management. Will not return security deposit for anyone. Previous tenant warned me about this but I assumed it was a tenant issue. It wasn’t. :/ Do not rent here if you want your security deposit back. Second floor neighbors play very loud music constantly, as do other residents in the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Return security deposits.

The appliances are nice such as laundry in building, nice wood floors and theres a dishwasher in the kitchen... but the damn place is crawling with roaches all the time in our apartment.

Lanudry in building (but not free)
Cons:
Roaches, THIN walls and ceiling, loud next door neighbors in the building beside us and an unresponsive landlord.
Advice to owner:
be more attentive
