Building quiet Generally clean Heat & hot water can work too well

Sometimes super is not the most responsive Management could be more communicative The laundry machines are sometimes out of order for far too long.
Advice to the owners
Improve communication and ensure the super is more responsive!

Pros
Common areas mostly kept clean
Cons
No doorman, no security, packages often go missing, laundry facilities often broken, combative and unresponsive building management, lobby area looks like last updated in 1964.

Tenants look at more than just the address to judge value
