a decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super wasn’t always immediately available but he was attentive, respectful, helpful, and very kind.
Cons:
We had a serious roach issue and the management was very unhelpful. It made our lives miserable for many months. We also had mice.
Advice to owner:
Your tenants are paying thousands of dollars to live in subpar conditions, the least you can do is take care of the building.
