Great location but bad expeirance
Pros
Great location close to the park and subway. But the building condition does not worth it
Cons
Old apartments, rats because of the restaurant downstairs

Disingenuous Landlady, unkempt property
Pros
Neighbors were great. Courteous and I had no problems with noise level while I lived there. Alex, the super is great (but the owners are not).
Cons
The landlady was not responsive, unhelpful, and disingenuous. I don’t want to get into the details here but I am writing this to warn other tenants to beware. Another cons is that the building is not very well kept unlike other buildings in which owners take pride on maintaining (chipping paint on the cabinets, loose hinges, extremely low water pressure, patchy uneven paint colors on the building entryway)
Advice to the owners
Would recommend taking better care of the building.
