Management is extremely unhelpful

Pros

The unit was nice, spacious, new appliances, large closet.

Cons

I had a rodent issue that caused me to leave the apartment. I asked multiple times for management to send exterminators and they outright refused for months. Thankfully this occurred near the end of my lease and I had somewhere to stay. I left in March and didn’t return until June to move out. They didn’t do anything between those months. As I moved out, I was throwing out so many of my belongings because they were covered in rat droppings.

Advice to the owners

Give a damn about your tenants. Don’t gaslight them and respond to emails and phone calls!
