Loved Living Here
Pros
Barry is a great landlord. Quick to respond, and a very understanding guy. He is very involved with anything you go to him about as well, always follows up. We have never had an issue with him in the many years we kept our lease. It’s no wonder most of the building has lived here for years.
Cons
No laundry in building, and the stairs are steep and narrow, can be a deadly combo depending on which floor you live on.

Pros
The landlord is dope and easy to contact/respond when you need anything!
Cons
No access to the back courtyard and there hasn’t been regular building cleanings in the lobby/stairs since COVID.
Advice to the owners
Update the trash/recycling closet
