Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback for buildings managed by Bryna Cohen consistently highlights responsive management and well-maintained common areas, including clean lobbies and functional amenities like elevators and laundry facilities. Residents appreciate the building's location, balconies, and efforts toward renovations and upgrades. However, recurring issues include noise from nearby traffic and neighbors, occasional pest sightings, laundry equipment limitations, and package theft concerns. Some tenants note that heating and water issues have been addressed promptly, though pest control and building security could improve. Overall, renters find the management attentive and proactive but suggest focusing more on pest services and noise mitigation to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Up and Coming

Pros

Lots of working being put into the building to make it better

Cons

Laundry room can be annoying since there is 5 washers and only 3 dryers (and at any given time…1 seems to not work)
