Landlord is horrible

Building is very clean, trash and recycling is always good and secured entry as well.
Cons
The landlord is horrible to communicate with, fails to help fixes in the apartments and does not help right away. Waits until the issue is worse to fix it.
Advice to the owners
Please save aside some money in case things don’t work at apartment, cause you’ll end up playing out of pocket to fix it.

Good block. Fairly reasonable landlord. Fair price.
Cons
Hallway always smelled like piss. Entryway doors super janky and no video doorbell. Abandoned storefront in front. A lot of rats live right outside on the empty lot. Rooms with pidgeon hole facing window often wafted in smells like death, figured rats would drown at the bottom when it rained and rotted. But a fine apt.
Advice to the owners
Stop painting rooms with glossy paint 🤮 looked awful
