Great building to live in

Pros

Cleanliness and ease of payments, no issues with anything in the building

Cons

One set of laundry machines broken but rarely had to wait for machines

Affordable Choice in LIC

Pros

This building is definitely more affordable relative to the rest of LIC but you pay for what you get! It’s still relatively new and clean and there’s laundry in building (you need to pay) and parking if you want to buy it. There’s a package “room” (more like a cage) in the garage as well.

Cons

The insulation wasn’t the best so it would get cold fairly quickly if you’re on one of the outer units and the construction next door is super loud and annoying. It’s definitely on the smaller side.
