A great place

Pros

The landlord is wonderful. A caring man who keeps a clean building and fixes anything within a day of the problem. Our oven needed to be replaced a couple of years ago, and we had a meeting one within a week. A great place.

Cons

A bit of a walk to the subway, but not a dealbreaker.
