Nice, spacious apartment with good light and a nice green space in the courtyard
So much secondhand smoke. It’s obnoxious. Longtime resident on first floor smokes inside his apartment so the unit directly above (4) gets a ton of smoke. Owner won’t do anything about it. Also lots of rats in the trash area.
Be more proactive with repairs and stop blaming democratic politics for every obscene rent increase.
