Horrible Super - Amazing Neighbors

Pros

Wonderful, inclusive community of neighbors

Cons

The super is incompetent, unresponsive, and rude. The scaffolding has been up for years despite claims that it would come down

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Worst property management ever

Pros

Not a whole lot. The entire facade has been covered with scaffolding for years. Drug addicts always perched on the steps leading to building, several tenants and friends of tenants have been assaulted at the front door.

Cons

Almost everything. Elevator constantly breaking down. Mold in all the washing machines, a scary mentally ill war vet who lives on the ground floor. Packages stolen from the mail room. Huge cockroaches everywhere. Very expensive rentals - - $4600/month for a crappy 2.5 bedroom.

Advice to the owners

Lower your rents until you get rid of the scaffolding
