Garbage landlord & management

Pros

Updated utilities and fixings. Decent light. Great backyard.

Cons

Management never gets back to you. The two other tenants in this building and I have been trying to get in contact with management for over two months for various issues. No one has returned calls. AND THEY DO NOT HAVE EMAIL. I would not have signed a new lease with them had I know they would be this bad. Downstairs neighbors had to call 311 in order to get a super to handle a leak. It didn’t even get fully resolved. I am thinking about legal council.
