Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by David Eigen reveal a generally clean and quiet living environment with responsive doormen and friendly neighbors. However, several renters report ongoing pest control issues, particularly roach infestations, which persist despite regular extermination efforts. Management responsiveness varies, with some tenants appreciating timely communication while others experience delays or unresponsiveness, especially regarding pest and mold problems. The buildings tend to be older with occasional maintenance challenges and outdated infrastructure. Overall, tenants value the attentive staff and location but recommend improved pest control measures and more consistent management engagement to enhance the living experience.
