Great location
Minimal cockroach issues

Cons:

No elevator
Unresponsive super
Packages stolen
Small bedrooms

Comfortable and Best Location

Pros:

Relatively quiet with a lot of long-term residents, pest-free, good light on the top floor, a sweet man cleans the building most weeks and keeps it pretty clean, video intercom

Cons:

Units are small, apartment can get cold in the winter, rude property manager, packages constantly stolen

affordable price for covid

Cons:

VERY loud construction nearby
management often didn't respond to maintenance requests

Advice to owner:

Be a bit friendlier. And don't hike the rent up when there is intense construction going on next door and all of the windows are blocked

No mice or bug issues

New kitchen appliances and new bathroom

Cons:

Restaurant next door was loud taking out trash every night
Hard to get in touch with super
Management not responsive. Couldn’t get a mailbox key for 3 months.
Trash room was dirty
