Reviews

Former tenant·10 months ago

First New York apartment was not a total dud.

Pros

The building was pretty updated and it has a pretty modern laundry room downstairs. The neighborhood is having new restaurants and places to go open all the time. Neighbors were not noisy and to themselves.

Cons

That said laundry room was coin operated. The property management company did not perform maintenance unless asked. They also did not have any modern way to pay rent. All via checks, not online. You’d have to drop off a check or ensure they would receive the check on their schedule.
