First Apartment Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best thing about this apartment is the convenient location.
Cons:
The building presented numerous cons rather than pros. The most significant problem was the persistent and challenging mice infestation, which proved difficult to resolve. Additionally, there were instances of theft within the building that remained unresolved, involving both external individuals and residents themselves. Another major drawback was the inconsistent temperature control, with extremes of either excessive heat or freezing cold. Moreover, the elevator malfunctioned on multiple occasions, causing significant inconvenience as it remained out of service for several consecutive days.
Advice to owner:
Consider implementing a resident portal to enhance the reporting of issues and maintenance requests, while also improving building security measures.
