Nice people, building is okay
Pros
The neighbors are friendly and respectful. Rooms are large, and it's a great location.
Cons
The super is always around and a good neighbor, but fixes/repairs to the apartment will be pretty slapdash. Laundry room is often dirty, the machines break constantly. Not usually a long wait to use it though :)
Advice to the owners
Please update to an electronic lease, signature and payment system.

Owners are hands off but rent is reasonable
Pros
Lovely old building with historical charm left mostly intact. Rent is reasonable.
Cons
Bare minimum improvements are made, some amenities are missing.
Advice to the owners
General facelift and small improvements could go a long way.
