3 years living in 45 tudor city place

Pros

Quaint nice building very nice staff in a quiet nice neighborhood

Cons

Pest infestation, lots of complaints about mice and roaches. Lived for 3 years in a studio and saw many roaches mostly from the warmer months (May to September), but occasionally in October. Saw a lot of roaches crawling around in the common areas and hallways, sometimes even in the elevators.

Advice to the owners

Take care of the deep roach infestation.

Good apartment for what it is

Pros

Good location, kept away from midtown craziness.

Cons

Water could get a little gross... didn't wanna drink from it. Drains get clogged and really gross really easily
