Relatively cheap, good location. Quiet

Cons

Beware of roaches and mice, especially at the end units. Constant construction and cheap labor used for projects. Rooftop has been under repair for over 2 years and counting

Quaint nice building very nice staff in a quiet nice neighborhood

Cons

Pest infestation, lots of complaints about mice and roaches. Lived for 3 years in a studio and saw many roaches mostly from the warmer months (May to September), but occasionally in October. Saw a lot of roaches crawling around in the common areas and hallways, sometimes even in the elevators.

Advice to the owners

Take care of the deep roach infestation.
