Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants renting from Robert Ainehsazan's buildings often find the locations convenient and the rents relatively affordable, with some buildings being rent stabilized. However, multiple reviews report significant issues including poor cleanliness, pest infestations (notably cockroaches and mice), and outdated facilities. Management responsiveness is inconsistent, with some feedback noting delays in maintenance and unkept repair appointments. Privacy concerns arise due to landlords entering apartments without proper notice, which tenants find alarming. While neighbors can be friendly, noise levels and overcrowding detract from the living experience. Overall, tenants advise better upkeep, respectful communication, and more timely repairs to improve tenant satisfaction.

Does Not Treat Tenants Right

Pros

Rent is on the lower end.

Cons

Landlord stuffs people into homes like animals. Not sure if even legal. No notarized copy of lease given to tenants and landlords comes and knocks at odd hours.
