Great Building with Good Super and Responsive Landlords
Pros
Loved the neighborhood and the building. Live-in super. Central air. Many units have balcony. Well-maintained laundry and garbage areas. Elevator.
Cons
The elevator sometimes broke. Occasionally had bugs in the apartment (like a roach or two per year), but management sent pest control and it was never a real problem.

Amazing - specifically George the super
Pros
- Clean - Great outdoor spaces available - They address any concerns about the apartment/building in a timely manner (both the management office as well as the super, George) - Trash is taken out at least 4x per day
Cons
- No dishwasher in the studios
