Building should be close down

No pros it doesn’t have anything good
Cons
Moldie walls bathroom cracked walls roach and mouse problems they don’t like to fix the super doesn’t like to work or do his job and they support him when they finally fix is with old stuff and when it rains water leak inside the apt
Advice to the owners
Don’t be cheap and fix the apt find another super

Nice friendly neighbors.
Cons
Front door is constantly unlocked , trash bags are always in front of building.
