The Landlords Are No Good

Pros

The neighbors are decent hard working people. With a sense of community.

Cons

The Landlords are not responsive to complaints. They have a heavy turn over with property managers. They clearly have horrible follow-up and lack noting the history of issues. When a new property manager is assigned they never know wjhats happening with the apartment and dont care to come and recon the spaces.

Advice to the owners

The owner should treat the building and the tenants like one of their own children reside there.
