Nice New Building

Pros

We were the first ones to live in this brand new renovated building so right away of course it was clean. We lived on the ground floor and had cement floors which was easy to clean and never had a problem with rodents. Lived on the opposite side of the street so can't speak on behalf of the noise with the building be next to the highway. And anytime laundry, or issues within the apartment, someone was able to come within the week and fix it which was good.

Cons

It is in a bit of a sketchy area. Did have a shooting happen right outside or place one morning and I wouldn't walk around here late at night unless if it was to take the trash right outside. And some initial problems we did have to fix on our own. The backyard was absolutely trashed with construction waste and trash and we were told "thats how they leave all their backyards." Unreal. So we spent $1000 of our own money to liven the place up.
