The landlord is fairly out of touch, so the rent is relatively low, there’s access to the rooftop, and just not too much interaction that you to have with them. A decent apartment for the price and with an in-unit laundry.
Walk-up, no central AC and gets pretty hot inside, we’ve had a mouse (singular 😮💨) problem, the landlord takes forever to reply to maintenance requests.
