Small bur nice, quiet rental!

Pros:
My unit faced the courtyard which was nice and quiet (even heard birds in the morning)! The bathrooms are also renovated with a walk in shower and marble walls.
Cons:
No elevator or laundry on site, the building also has only a small garbage room that often was overfilled.
