533 bergen st good new owner

Took a long time for maintenance requests, but that was with the old owner, new owner still wasnt always immediate but much better

Terrible Management Ruining A Good Location

Pros

The location is the only pro of this building, and it's a big one. Incredibly convenient location.

Cons

Management is terrible. Not responsive to numerous issues. They don't take care of the building at all, hardly even have a super. Worst trash piles in the entire neighborhood, never sweep or vacuum. The place smells of mold. So many water leaks and general issues that they never fix. Terrible place, horrible owners who are trying to sell.

Advice to the owners

Stop being slumlords.
