great building in prospect heights

very kind management great neighbors fantastic location
Cons
tough process to get in but its all front loaded my unit has loud radiators but that may not be the case for everyone. the radiator fix would require a gut reno my unit was advertised as having roof access and thats not true the courtyard has bike and stroller storage but is not a good place to hang

338 on point!
Pros
Lived in NYC over 25 years in ten different buildings and have never had a super so responsive. Building is always clean, and any issue with the building is always resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. Never adversarial, always welcoming and looking our for tenants. Something truly rare in Nyc
Cons
Unit came with older AC wall units.
