Nice apartment and walk up for the price.

Right across the street from homeless shelter. People sleeping on the doorstep almost daily during the summer. Usually someone screaming/threatening people.

mold + rat + bug problem on basement unit

i had a mold problem in my room (most likely because i didn't have an AC unit - i wasn't in my room most of the year). there were bugs in the ground floor. we also had a rat problem once.
