Typical Chinatown Building

Pros

The location is great, and the apartments are nice inside.

Cons

Common spaces tend to be very dirty. There was an abandoned apartment with trash outside the door for months. Lots of tenants will host parties on the roof, and it seems like people would wander in off the street and hang out on the roof sometimes, which made the building not feel super safe.

Great location and price!

Pros

Neighbors are friendly and quiet. In a great location .

Cons

The building is old which naturally comes with grime. They keep it as clean as possible.
