Great building management!

Pros

Excellent doorman, super and staff. If you submit a maintnence request, it will be resolved within hours or the next day. Area is very convenient, beautiful unobstructed views. Also include gas and water in the rent!

Cons

Consistent cockroach problem, however the building was very helpful in sending exterminators weekly to combat this. Unfortunately it's just an old building. Also the laundry machines could be cleaner/newer

Lovely but could use some work

- doormen are lovely -spacious apartments - great location, only steps from the 63rd/Lex Q

Cons

- water drainage in the bathroom is TERRIBLE - management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and often does not respond at all
