Well managed building
Pros
-Owner is responsive -Units seem to be well constructed
Cons
-Tiled hallway makes dogs that howl/bark all day very loud

New owners. One of the cleanest buildings/streets around Bushwick.
Pros
Building is very new. It is well kept for the most part. Owner tries to keep street clean but can't quite keep up with Buskwick. They are very responsive and they have been good to deal with.
Cons
It is very noisy in the building. I don't know what it is but you can hear *everything* that happens in your floor, from conversations to music. Vibrations from steps on another unit might wake you up early in the morning.
Advice to the owners
Something should be done about the noise.
