The building is in a great location, which is definitely its biggest advantage.
Unfortunately, the management company (New Bedford) leaves a lot to be desired. They are often unresponsive, increase monthly HOA fees that ultimately get passed on to tenants, and are slow to address repairs and maintenance issues for both renters and owners.
