Great first apartment
Pros
Moved into this apartment sight without an in-person visit. Was worried about size but was able to fit all furniture in the apartment. Management is super responsive and any maintenance issues will be fixed within the week. Emergency requests turned around super quick also. No pest problems at all and the hallways are cleaned daily. Landlord will even sometimes bring up packages to the door for you if they’re delivered while you’re away.
Cons
Some of the apartments are back facing and being a lower floor there isn’t much natural light, so can feel a little dark. Near construction currently.
Advice to the owners
Continue to do what you do! This apartment is great and I’m so glad to have a kind owner.
