First floor smells like smoke
Pros
Overall it's a solid place to live, responsive management, no bugs, not much to complain about
Cons
Only that the first floor smells like cigarettes

Good building overall
Pros
Very quiet, walls are thick enough to not hear neighbors, high ceilings and good light, not many pest issues for an old building (at least my unit), packages never get taken
Cons
Elevator is slow, radiator can be too hot in winter, my floors are old and have nails sticking out/ creak incessantly
