UES Location, modern kitchen and bath.

Cons

Unresponsive management (the only point of contact provided is an offshore helpdesk, actual management takes forever to respond), lack of pest control. Extremely noisy and rat-infested block. Lots of hot water issues and stairwells not kept clean.

The street itself is really beautiful and tree lined but there are a ton of rats all up and down the sidewalks. Thankfully none ever in the building.
