Amazing area, not so amazing building
Pros
Beautiful brick throughout, spacious living and bed rooms, big kitchen, new appliances, other units are quiet, good neighborhood
Cons
Management is a nightmare. So many flys come from drains, the energy bill is $$$, and the unit and entire building have lost power and/or hot water a few times. The building entrance lock never worked, and people could just walk inside without a key. We were once trapped inside the building lobby because it got jammed, and we had to call 911 to get outside.
