I’m never leaving!

Pros

Amazing owner who cares about his tenants and works hard to keep us happy! He tries not to raise the rent too much as well, which is very helpful! Laundry in building, tenants are all respectful of each other, updated and well maintained building and units, units have amazing storage space.

Cons

Building doesn’t have an elevator

Advice to the owners

Fixing up the back yard and opening it to tenants would raise the rent value and would make living here even more of an absolute dream!
