Don’t do it
Pros
Nice location except now there are a lot of incidents happening in the area especially on this street
Cons
The owner/landlord NEVER answers calls and emails to help with any issues including refusing working with the police to hand over security footage after 2x apartments were burglarized. There is garbage all over the entrance way - they neglect a lot of cleaning. It’s a nice apt but the stress is not worth it
Advice to the owners
Care about your tenants safety, respond back to them

Live in Nolita?
Pros
Location is good in that you are near nolita and soho and LES.
Cons
Owners are unresponsive even after a break in and burglary of 2 of their units
