Vermin and Roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large floor through units with great light
Cons:
Unresponsive landlord, had to withhold rent for 2 months before she even hired an exterminator to deal with the mice and rats and roaches. Floor boards are rotted through near all the radiators.
Advice to owner:
Sell all of your buildings, clearly you are not cut out to be a landlord. On second thought, who am I kidding? You don't mind being a slumlord one bit.
