BED BUGS and ROACHES

Pros

Not a single thing - way too much money for bed bugs and roach infestation

Cons

Management withheld my security deposit for MONTHS after moving out. Spent 1.5 years living with roaches infestation. Last 6 months were spent fighting with management to get help on bed bugs.

Tear it down!

Mice and roaches in the unit, rats everywhere outside, everything is in disrepair, and it is way too expensive for the tiny apartments. There are really high entrance fees for tenants. Do not rent here
