I wouldn’t recommend it

Pros

It’s a really cheap place to live.

Cons

Where to begin. The walls are paper thin, at least one out of the 4 laundry machines ( 2 washers, 2 driers) is always broken. Halls are filthy, garbage is always overflowing and the building feels like it couldn’t withstand a strong wind. So poorly constructed that when a car drives by with their bass blasting the windows rattle.

Advice to the owners

Sell it, you’ve got no business owning property and charging rent for this place.
