Generally good, til you need your deposit back

Pros:
We had a corner unit 1bd on the 3rd floor and a storage space - unit was spacious and bright. Few issues arose, the super helped when needed (though wasn't always the easiest to get in touch with). Elevator worked fine, no pests.
Cons:
Gym / rooftop in the building across the street - were unimpressive, but adequate. Biggest hassle was trying to get my security deposit back. Unit was left in great condition, but we still had to threaten legal action to get our money back.
Advice to owner:
You have a good thing going, just treat people right

Very clean and lots of amenities!
Cons:
Flooring is on the cheaper side and the walls are thin

Pros:
Rooftop. Specially during COVID-19. Only a few apartments have patio and for the one of us who don’t, this has been great.
Cons:
Always dirty. Constant drug use on stairways and roof. Pets off leash on a daily basis, urinating and defecating on the roof and parking lot.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building regularly and eradicate the smoking all around.
