Enjoyed my time here, until I got priced out
Pros
Doormen are great, especially Angel, Chris and Morales. Carlos the Super is solid too. My unit had a great view, as did the roof!
Cons
Experienced about a year of facade work that was disruptive, noisy, and blocked access to the roof. Have faced significant increases in rent each year. Finishes in the units are subpar for the price they're charging. Would have stayed longer if not for the new building manager with aggressive increases and lack of willingness to negotiate.
Advice to the owners
Rent increases are expected, but your formula seems off.
Great building in a great location
Pros
I truly enjoyed my time living here. The building is modern and clean. Great location. Beautiful roof and gym. Mix of young professionals and young families. The staff is wonderful. I always felt safe and well-accommodated.
Cons
I saw two bugs over the course of two years. The problem seemed to resolve with a few plugs in the bathroom.
